WARRANTY POLICY

 

Nepstech Warranty Terms and Conditions:
 

Neps Technologies Pvt Ltd is a company registered under The Companies Act, 1956 having its Registered Office at Kolkata, West Bengal, India (herein after referred to as “Company”). “Nepstech” is a registered trademark of the company. It is engaged in the business of dealing in Networking, Security, Electronics & Communications and Power.

Warranty on all "Nepstech" products is governed by these "Warranty Terms and Conditions" specified herein on www.nepstech.co.in. These warranty terms and conditions are liable to change from time to time without any notice to Customers. The Customer acknowledges that they have read and are aware of the contents of and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • “warranty" means Customer brings the Product(s) to any Service Centre. Customer needs to collect the same after the repair/ service.
  • "Contract" means a contract for sale by company to a Customer of any Product(s) and / or services incorporating these terms and conditions.
  • "Price" means the price as per offer letter/ proposals/ quotations or Order confirmation where precedence will be given to the latter.
  • "Product(s)" mean any part(s) and / or Product(s), Device(s) and Service Offerings.
  • "Service Centre" means service center or authorized service center of the company.

· "Third Party Product(s)" mean product(s) and / or services of brands other than "Nepstech"

Warranty Period of Products:

The Warranty period for different company products shall be as specified hereunder. The applicable warranty service type shall be “Carry In” only unless otherwise specified.

***Note: The warranty period specified against respective item/model may vary.

The warranty period starts from the date of the original purchase of the item/model by the first end-user.

Subject to applicable national laws, the Original Warranty Period under no circumstances will be extended and / or renewed and / or otherwise affected due to subsequent re-sale, repair or replacement of the product(s). In case of repaired and / or replaced part(s) the warranty period will be for the remaining period of the original Warranty Period.

Warranty Claim:

  • The Device(s) (or affected part thereof)

· The original proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the name and address of the seller, the date and place of purchase and valid serial number. In case the product is already registered on the website / app of the company, then the proof of purchase may not be asked by the company.

The company reserves the right to refuse to repair / service any product(s) in the absence of any of the following:

  • Original Proof of purchase
  • Valid serial number on other products

Any physical damage to the product(s) shall render the warranty on the product(s) null and void. Repairs and / or service on such products shall be purely on chargeable basis and at the sole discretion of the company.

In the event of any service being availed from company on chargeable basis, the charges for the same have to be paid in cash/e-transfer in advance at the service center at the time of handing over the product for repair and/ or service.

Replacement procedure
Option 1: Through the store If you are experiencing product defects within the warranty period, please contact the online/retail store where you originally purchased the product from to ensure expedient replacement.
Option 2: Through NEPSTECH If the store no longer accepts your claim, you may process it through NEPSTECH's RMA program by following the steps below. We don't accept any package without RMA number.

Common Service:
Step1: Customer sends defective unit to NEPSTECH
Step2: NEPSTECH returns replacement unit to customer, Customer receives product replacement

Please note:
NEPSTECH may reject or return products without accessories or assigned RMA number.
Customers, who claim warranty, are responsible for the one-way shipping fee and send defective product to NEPSTECH. NEPSTECH is not responsible for damage occurred during shipment.
NEPSTECH will charge a service fee to replace your product if it is out of warranty period.
